40 Days and 40 Nights

So 2.30pm today I have finally restarted a fast
Aiming 5 days straight of just water fasting - I have been struggling to actually start a fast for a while, but I’m suddenly motivated

These next 40 days will be a new lifestyle, a much needed change.

As an update
I have lost a total 13 kg in 5 weeks - fasting for 6 days and then having a refeed day
42 left to go! So am on day 2 of a 21 day fast, hopefully will see a bigger overall drop in 3 weeks compared to the previous 5 weeks​:grin::grin::grin:
I am walking at least 30 minutes a day, but for example yesterday I walked 80 minutes (6km) without stopping for a single minute break.
I have so much energy, my sleep has improved (except in the heatwave last week…but that’s understandable), and my speed walking is getting better, I feel lighter and more flexible. It’s incredible.
I am hoping to have lost the remaining 42 by end of September (if it happens earlier, I will be ECSTATIC)
