Hi!
I’ve done many long fasts. I started a 40
day water fast about a month and a half ago and it was going so well until I got in a pretty gnarly car accident. That side tracked me and scared me a little so I cut the fast.
But I’m totally recovered now and ready to go again. I really hope it’s just as smooth of a start this time. Hopefully I will remember to keep this updated! This fast will be from October 19th to November 28th. So excited!
