36 days water fasting

I have learnt from doing a fast a while back to start a dry fast on the first day, second day sip don’t chug the water, third day sip don’t chug, 4th, 5th and 6th day feel free to chug. The hunger is gone by far 6 so I usually sip or chug as both feel fine.
Starting my 36 days again as I want a clean start. Looking forward to achieving this on 16th June. :pray:t5:
