Hi everyone! This is my first post here and I’m very excited to know this community.
I’ve been fasting for the last 3 years but never did an extended fast in my life.
The idea is to clean my body and mind, hopefully this can also help myself to quit smoking.

Brazilian, mom of a little girl, student and recently left my job on the credit business to focusing my effort to get into the military force as a musician, so I’m studying very much on this quarantine but my biggest issue is the famous: anxiety and being a compulsory eater. SO MANY CHANGES, I CAN’T STAND HOW MY MIND IS DRIFTING ALL OF MY PLANS SO I CAN FOLLOW MY DREAMS! LOL but I believe it can be possible.

I’m just a bit close to obesity. Yeah. I let myself go last year.
I went to a several depression (that I’ve been still on treatment, trying to heal it very hard) but this is not the case here. I don’t want to make my issues bigger than the self consciousness that i developed in the last few months.
I stared my fast 10 hours ago and I’m feeling fine so far.
You all know how difficult the first 3 days can be so, I’m accepting any kind of love and support (i don’t have this at all at home so, it would be nice, yeah)
