Is there anyone on and/or planning to go on an extended 30 days water fast? I just got off a 45 hours fast and I’m already a few hours into my 30 days water fast. I’d really appreciate having a buddy to get to the 30 days mark. I’ve done various multiple days fast, the longest I’ve gotten to was 94 hours mark. Just having a bit of trouble going past that.
I use the Life fasting app would like to continue using that to communicate. If there’s anyone interested please let me know.
