I have been reading the forum for the last couple weeks in anticipation of starting my first “longer” fast. It has given me more confidence reading some of the other journals and success stories. Here are my stats, background, and plan:

I have done water fasts in the past but never more than 3 days. I am determined this time to break that cycle and make it through the initial difficult period!
For supplements I will be taking a daily multi, salt when necessary, and a keto/electrolyte supplement to help as well.
My reasoning for the water fast is obviously weight loss, but also break some bad eating habits that have developed over the last few years. I plan to post once a day and keep an update of how it goes. Today was day 1.
