Hi, I am 5 10 & 180 lbs. I will be going on a 30 day water fast. I will not be routinely checking my weight & will post my results after the 30 days. My overall goal is to have a healthy bmi, challenge my unhealthy relationship with food & change my eating habits. Im hoping to get to 160 lbs by the end of this fast.
