Hiii everyone, it’s me again😅. I’ve started to cut out carbs as much as possible and am drinking more water than before (even though i was drinking plenty before). I am still on my fasting/waterfasting journey and i am optimistic that i’ll reach my goal until the 1st if June to lose 13kg, i’ve only lost 3kg until now even though it’s been only a month since i started. But i’m not trying to look down on the process that i have made even though it’s going slow.
I’ve noticed that i tend to crave food/unhealthy foods when i feel stressed In my life and can’t escape In any way. So i turn to food. I’ve been addicted to carbs In about 6 years now so it’d tough breaking that addiction, but i won’t give up.
I’ll be back here on the 1st of June to tell yall that i’ve reached my first goal. And am hoping that everyone else that is on their own journey are taking care of themselves and reaching their goals. 🩵:white_heart:
