I’m now on day 1 of a three day water fast. It’s only been 16 hours so far, but I’m feeling excited about doing this. I’ve fasted before in my twenties, the longest one being 8 days. I’m now 32, and would like to ease back into fasting. I’m planning to do a 21 day water fast some time in the future, but right now I don’t have the confidence to start with that. So here I am, starting with 3 days, or 90ish hours.
