Also, I’ve been extremely motivated and positive! I just can’t wait to hit this Fast and see my weight melting off.
I know that I’m capable of doing this, I am strong enough! I can do this and I will succeed!!

Gonna go to bed now because I cannot wait for tomorrow! My goal is still to loose a bit more than 10kg (I’m a bit over 50kg now but probably because of a ton water retention)

DAY 1

I’m feeling good, quite hungry but no cravings. Overall I’m really exited, motivated and ready to make a change.

Todays Affirmation:
I am Strong, I am capable of doing this fast, I can do this!

My mom just had breakfast and I even went to the bakery to get buns and resisted those nice smells. Food will be there forever, and I can eat all the foods that I want after this fast without any guilt, but right now I have to focus on myself!

Going for a walk with my dog now, and later I’ll work and study a bit! :white_heart::white_heart:

Just got home from a walk with my dog and I’ve been feeling very good so far. A bit tired but it’s probably going to be harder within the next first days, but I know how to handle all of the upcoming symptoms of the Keto flu (and I’m keeping in mind, that I’ll feel better soon!).
For me this fast means so much more than just finally loosing the weight. I’m starting a new life, healing my relationship with food, moving to another city (Copenhagen!!!:smiling_face_with_three_hearts:) and actually start living and socializing. And obviously finally being happy with myself! I’m so thankful to be on this journey and I know I can do this!

Thanks for the motivation! I really don’t wanna give out this time, there were already to many times I failed. I’ll never be at a happy place in my life if I give in to my cravings.
So far I’ve been feeling good but I‘m dealing with a really bad headache. I know this is because of low blood sugar and going slowly into Ketosis.

My first mile stone is reaching the five day mark and I’m praying that from then my cravings are going to be less and I’ll starting to feel better. :sparkling_heart::pray:t2:

Drink more water and don’t forget salt. The headache should fade.

I had two 1,5l water bottles and currently drinking my third one, so that’s a lot. Also already added Himalayan salt!

I actually drink too much water. Hahah I have to go to the toilet every minute

Be careful because drinking too much water can be dangerous . Overhydration can lead to water intoxication. This occurs when the amount of salt and other electrolytes in your body become too diluted. Hyponatremia is a condition in which sodium (salt) levels become dangerously low.

Just listen to your body and will tell you how much to drink in a day. During my 40-day I drank a lot; but that was do to the diabetes and other metabolic diseases I was working to cure. During my recent 21-day, I drank a lot less. Even forgot to take supplements on 3 days.

Morning to all of you beautiful and kind people out there!!!

Just woke up after a very good sleep and made it to my second day! I’m feeling good so far but I already can feel a light headache coming around. Had a lot of dreams about food tonight, but I’m not even slightly interested in breaking my fast. I already started and wanna keep this promise to myself and finally get through this! I mean, I have enough time to eat afterwards!
Today will be just like yesterday, going for a long walk with my dog in the nature and then getting home studying and leaning a bit! Sleep, wake up on the next fasting day and repeat…

You can do this! You may get an intense headache at some point. My hardest day was day 4 with a headache, sleeplessness, etc., but I pushed through, and day 5 was great. Listen to your body, and when you get cravings, remember that YOU control your body and mind.They do not control you. :heart:

Thank you, I really needed this!! :sparkling_heart::sparkling_heart: My mind is so tricky and telling me the entire day what I could eat. It’s soo hard and I’m scared to fail every second :pleading_face::pleading_face:

Just got home from a walk with my dog and I’m dealing with extreme cravings and it’s only the second day. I really don’t know how I’ll manage more days. Got some more water as well.

I’m honest with all of you and myself.
I broke the fast and of course I am disappointed about myself. A lot of things are going on atm and I had some personal issues which freak me out.

I’m going to journal now, write down my reasons and emotions and hop on the wagon tomorrow! Planning to ease into ketosis by eating very little which might help me before starting the group fast on the first march. Even though I failed today, I still can achieve my Goals!!!
