Today is my second day and I am at work. I feel kinda drained but its okay- I feel so motivated to continue tho. I feel like I am gonna have incredible results.

Today is day 3 and it’s hard.
I am at work and my job requires me to constantly be at my station; but I am frequently absent because I have to pee or puke.
Plus my stomach rumbles all day and I have hunger cramps as well.
I feel light-headed and my energy levels feel like they are at zero (0).
I just hope this gets better; I just think of me being skinny and that fuels me to go on! And trust me- I am very tempted to give up.

Totally in the “I WANT TO EAT NOW” boat… just about to update my journal with the struggle.
Water Fasting is a hard thing to do. Try to distract yourself and make it until tomorrow morning. That’s the challenge I pose to myself… if I can make it to the morning, I’ll be ok. It’s the afternoon and evening that’s torture.
You got this, you are more than halfway to the end of major symptoms part.
