21 Day water fast starting - 29th April

Hi everyone, I’m new here…
My name is Monika and tomorrow I will undertake my first 21 day fast. I’ve done lots of reading on what to expect, taking electrolytes and avoiding refeed syndrome.
I’ve decided to undertake this fast as a physical and spiritual reset. Emotional eating has become a struggle for me and weight loss has been very slow. At the moment I’m at around 72KGS and my ideal goal is to get down to 60KGs.
I’m grateful to have found this community to also read other people’s experiences :slight_smile: Excited for this new beginning!
