21 Day Diary

Today is day one. Again… :sweat_smile:
I wanted to start Friday, but yesterday was my birthday, so at the stroke of midnight I turned on my timer and am recommiting to my goals. This month has been so stressful, new overnight job, moving back tothe inlaws, and so much more. Honestly feeling like such a failure. But, I’m hoping back to you guy, my commitment and accountability family. I need focus, disapline and to keep remembering WHY I am doing this. My workouts have been on POINT and I feel physically strong. :muscle: I just need to remind my body what to burn and reap the benefits of my toosh kicking routine. Please wish me luck and I really could use someone on my toosh to keep myself on point. :persevere::disappointed_relieved::muscle::grimacing::persevere::cry::sob: Here’s to day 1, again! About an hour and half in.

Consider cutting back on the workouts when you begin to feel tired during the fast. Fasting by its nature is stressful on the body. I’ve limited myself to 1 to 2 mile walks during my 40-day. I’m on Day 35 now.

What Compdude said. It’s great if you’re motivated and I wish you luck, but just don’t push yourself too much! You’ll be exhausted otherwise.
