Not sure if anyone is still active on these forums but regardless - hi, I’m Jessy and I’m on a mission to lose 20kg in 10 weeks (73 days, to be exact)! I’ve gained weight from medication and I’m currently at obese BMI and losing 20kg will put me at the higher end of a normal BMI range.
I’m experienced in fasting but this time I won’t have a particular plan or specific guidelines to follow. I’m just going to fast until it doesn’t feel good anymore, refeed, and then continue.
I honestly struggle with overeating or appetite control now that I’m off my medication. My biggest hurdle is making excuses for myself in the stupidest way. I have OCD and my issue is that I keep putting off my start date until it’s a nice one e.g., 11/11 or 01/01. But logically and rationally, that doesn’t matter at all. What matters is starting now!
