Today marks day 1 of my 20 day fast and I am excited to have found this group. I am ready to stick to my fasting plan and meet my fasting and weight loss goals.
Day 1 was not hard at all, but day 2 and 3 tend to be my hardest days.
I drank my water, had some earl gray hot tea, and took my electrolytes. Today I also did the post it notes idea and put post it notes on my bathroom mirror marking each day of my fast. I’m looking forward to taking the day 1 post it off of the mirror tonight when I go to bed!
