Day 1 of 12 Day Water only Fast Started today, 10/5/2020. This is my 4th Water Only fast with my first one Jan 2020, which was the longest of the 4 Water only fasts. During my journey of discovery, I have learned some valuable lessons in keeping the weight off permanently. Yes, I said permanently. Did you know that you will gain back 6 pounds when you start back eating? That is a given. Let’s say you weigh 188 as I do now. I will lose 16 pounds and go to 172 lbs. I will gain back 6 of those pounds during the 6 Days of refeeding. That is even when not eating sugar or bread. I have developed a refeeding schedule fo this fast for 6 days and after I do a 40 Days Without processed foods. The 12:12 Intermittent Fast is through any eating Phase. I do a Water only fast every 3 months, lasting from 5 to 7 Days. This Fast is part of an experiment for a course I have developed. This is a system I have created and I will continue.
