Hi i am doing an 100 day fast i finish 10th of august 2024. I have tried mmany times to do a fast but cant seem to stick to it i get cravings and dig into food. I am 79 kilos or 154 lbs i want to get to 55 kilos or size 12. here are some pics of me. i will update pics once a week.
