Hi its been a while since i posted. I am going to try and attempt a 100 day fast. I am currently 73.60 kilos 162 lbs. wanting to get down to 55 kilos / 121 lbs.
Going to try and walk 10 k steps everyday. And do 100 sit ups. Want to tone my stomach more. Will try 40 days first starting from today which is the 14th of March 2025 and will go til June 22nd 2025. I am a bit worried about doing it with type 2 diabetes so would like to hear other peoples stories if they reversed it by doing a water fast.
