Iam doing a fast 1st of june 2024. I am 79 kilos which is 154 Pounds. Want to get to a size 12 or 55 kilos., which is 121 Pounds. I am going to walk 30 mins a day, and go to the gym to do weight lifting. Here are some pics of me before, i will try and add pics of me weekly to see progress. I am hoping to get healing for my pimples.
