Going to do a fast for 100 days i think i got a better handle on it now plus i have a reason for fasting. Looks like i could be getting cataracts surgery this year so want to get my sugars low for that reason. i am 68.45 kilos/ 150 pounds. Aiming for 55 kilos / 121 lbs or a size 12. going to do some exercise
