10/7/23 fast 30-100 days

Started a fast going to aim for 30 days if i can last at that then doing 100 days. I am currently 64.65 Kilos ( 143.1 lbs). Wanting to get to 55 kilos ( 121 lbs ). Or a size 12. Going to allow myself herbal tea’s. Green tea and Peppermint tea is what I am allowing myself to have.

Your weight is low and you have a very large stomach for a low weight?

I am allowing myself tea as well. I find it very helpful.

Listen, you make a lot of difficult and dangerous mistakes!

  1. Fasting for 30 days requires medical supervision, you have nothing!
  2. Fasting for 5 days, you need to know supplements, you don’t have any!
  3. Fasting for 30 days, you need to do laboratory tests for various diseases, nutritional deficiencies! And you don’t have one!
