Happy New Year Everyone!
I wanted to take a minute to ask everyone what their 2020 New Years Resolutions are this year!
Here are some of my daily goals:
- Reading 30 min/day
- Continuing to study Mandarin Chinese 30 min/day
- Exercising a minimum 3x/week for 30 min (walking/stretching counts!)
- Finally reaching my goal weight of 135 lbs
- Working to build this amazing community & creating awareness about fasting to help as many people as I can
- Saving up for the future
- Reading 2 books per month
- Becoming fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- Beating my fasting record!
& Many Many More!
