# Spirulina,Metamucil and black coffee

Can i take Spirulina on a fast or does it break it? Also can i take Metamucil tablets, if u don’t know what it is, it’s a fiber tablet, i figure it might help keep me regular while i fast. Would these things break a fast? Can i also have black coffee?
