@Compdude yesterday i was telling about your successful story on reversing your type 2 diabetes to my family and they were really impressed a lot. Also my mom suffers from type 2 diabetes and she even wanted to try the fast. You are really an inspiration to many. You sharing everything about your journey, the obstacles you faced is really a good thing. Keep up your good work on helping others to become healthy.

Does your mom have a refined carbohydrate addiction? If so, I can email an article that I wrote in collaboration with a non-active member that was reviewed by an endocrinologist I work with who is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Southern California Medical School on how to address it. I recommend taking care of that first before fasting.

All these days I kept failing and for some reason i couldn’t cross the 48 hour mark of water fasting. So started all over again. Last time i was taking a lot of pressure on myself to lose weight. So, this time ill be going easy o it. I have made a plan for 6 weeks and see what results i get at the end. I have decided to take time to be on a prolonged water fast.

So this is the plan,

Week 1 - Water fast
Week 2 - OMAD + Oatmeal diet
Week 3 - Water fast
Week 4 - OMAD + Oatmeal diet
Week 5 - Water fast
Week 6 - OMAD + Oatmeal diet

Day 1
May 31, 2020 (08:00PM IST) to June 01, 2020 (08:00PM IST)

I atarted my day 1 of the fast with a very positive attitude and confidence that this time ill definitely reach my goal. Day 1 of my fast is about to end in an hour.
