OMAD later in the day works great for me as I tend to lose energy and get sleepy after I eat. Although lunch is my favorite meal and time to eat, I still haven’t mastered OMAD eating in the middle of the day and still feeling energetic without getting hungrier later in the day. So I stick to dinner only.
Other benefits of OMAD dinner only:
-I can’t overeat since I get full within the hour.
-I can still get all my calories in, what matters is the contents of my plate
-I don’t have to restrict any foods or desserts
-I stay satisfied and energetic the following day up until my next meal. No fatigue or cravings (which would happen of I ate that morning or all day like we’re told to do.
