Was it lower back pain?

Yes! And it’s back today. Standing, sitting, laying, stretching, nothing seemed to help ease it up. I’m heat padding it now… Suggestions/advice?

From experience its your kidneys working overtime to process the toxins released from the fat. It will pass. You just have to grin and bear it.

I pushed (no exaggeration) through another day and am so thankful I did!
I woke up today, day 11, committed to seeing this challenge through…today
CW - 171.8
I can see weight loss results in my face & body. My skin looks more dewy/soft. Can see more freckles as my face continues to improve.
Still dealing with back pain & last night felt a dull pain radiating from an old broken foot accident up my leg. I know my body is working out things. I did order an enema kit, hoping to help with flushing out these toxins.
Let’s see how this day plays out.
UPDATE: Lovely sunny day! Mood was great, despite the continuous pain. Hung out with my little, made a great family dinner…it’s weird not tasting how the meal came out. I just smell it and hope for the best LOL, the fam really enjoyed it so there ya go
Anywho, I’m actually feeling tired like I may get some good sleep tonight :crossed_fingers:
Until tomorrow, water :clinking_glasses:

Day 12! 16lbs down. I’m so proud to have made it this far!
I feel like today is going to be another touchdown. Sun is shining bright to match my mood. Going to bake up some brownies for my fam and fire up the grill later this evening for their dinner.
Feeling unstoppable!
UPDATE: Euphoria lasted till around 5ish PM. Feels like I’ve been tackled.
Still in good spirits regarding my end game date!
Anywho, hope this weariness now makes for a great night sleep tonight.

*Feeling motivated & happy…

Day 14 - I survived Easter Sunday and all the wonderful food! All the horrible back pain has miraculously vanished :tada: …for now
Today is the 1st day I’ve succumbed to an afternoon nap. I’m feeling very drained and tired. I’m pushing ahead and hopeful tomorrow will be more of an up day.

Day 15 - Yesterday was H A R D! But, I pushed through :hugs: . Not so great with water yesterday need to redeem myself today.
18lbs down. My usually large pores on my nose have shrunk quite considerably…stoked about this. My teeth are looking whiter. Overall, I’m pleased with the obvious changes in my appearance. Mentally, I’m kind of in a brain fog. I’ve nightly meditated for sleep a few years now but I’m now incorporating this into my morning routine.
Looking inwards, I see how high strung I was. Easily irritated with feelings of being singled out or picked on. What a strange sad way of life. I’m feeling motivated for change. For inner piece. Happiness.
Water :clinking_glasses: To another day!

Day 16! Today’s number is sponsored by the letter “B”… that’s right, coming to you live from the comfort of my “B”ed! It’s early. My little is still asleep. I clocked in 10 mins shy of 8 hrs of sleep w/80% quality! I feel pretty good but then, my feet have yet to grace the floor. Will have to follow up with an update.
In the mean time…

UPDATE: Increased my salt intake, this helped with energy tremendously! Thought my electrolyte water was enough…NOT! Will continue this tomorrow.
Another day bites the dust!

Day 17 - 7.75 hrs of sleep w/82% sleep quality…I could have slept longer if not for the little hovering over me chanting “mommy mommy”.
It’s crazy to say I’ve not eaten for over 1/2 a month, but here I am! Not feeling starved, but clear headed and over all, feeling pretty damn good.
Sooooo, let’s see where the rest of today takes us.

Day 18 - 65 hrs to go :hugs: 20Lbs
I’m most looking forward to gym time rather than meal time! I’ve finally got this “take charge of my life” spirit bubbling up inside me.
Cooking dinner last night for the fam, I got a pang of missing sitting down with them. I do look forward to my OMAD with them but also, just wanting to be more active as a family. Instead of a celebratory meals/deserts, but planned family outings, trips, etc.
Lord, please let this mindset stick!

Day 19 - I didn’t make it to day 21 with a clean water fast. I had to listen to my body. I broke with a 50 cal 0 carb powdered bone broth. I’ll continue on with this until my stomach permits more healthy keto no dairy foods.
I’m so very proud of how far I’ve come! I’m very motivated for the next chapter. With that, I pass on the 21 day water fast crown… :raised_hands:
