Michael’s 25 Day Water Fast, March 8th to April 2nd

Day 9 - March 16, 2020
Today, I was able to go to the grocery store and buy food for next month. I do enjoy canned foods, but I was focused on re-feeding for next month.
I also tested my mental focus by buying groceries with my mom and I did not feel the need to eat.

I then talked to my friends on the phone and walked around.

Day 11 - March 18, 2020
My depression hit me hard today, but as I wrote a letter to myself, it felt a bit better.
Even now, I feel pretty down!
I am still struggling to have a better relationship with food and coffee.
What is coming is going! Fasting is part of this journey!

Keep going, depression will come and go and eventually fade as you work through deep emotions. You are not alone. Fasting will help you. You’ve got this.

Wow! What a great accomplishment so far. Don’t forget to salt your water and you can add some ACV, that might make it easier for you. Also, distract yourself by doing something fun. All the best.

Wow that was excellent, this is exactly what happened on my fast today with dizziness, it basically kicked my butt :laughing: lol

I ended my fast today at 3pm Pacific US Time. I felt so weak. It was time. Thank you everyone for the support!
