Thank you I really appreciate that. I definitely still struggle so I’m going to have to find a way to cope with food cravings. My goal is to not gain weight while home even if I don’t lose anything. I plan to stock up on all my favorite veggies when I don’t have that alternative seems to be when I struggle most.
Yesterday was a hard day I’ll admit. I binged. I didn’t mean to but today has gone so so much better. Here’s to positive outcomes. Tomorrow will be a long day for me but I’ve got plenty to do. I’ll stay motivated and on track! Wish me luck.
Well I ate some of the foods I cooked for the rehearsal dinner but hey that’s alright. I’m only getting married once, two more days and I’ll have to change my last name on everything lol. I’m very excited guys!!! I stayed under my calories too!

Day 1 of my 7 day challenge. So far so good I went out and updated my name I did not stop for fast food I have not eaten. I’m going to keep this until tomorrow at least. I may do omad or I may fast again if my family will leave me be. I’ve got a lot of fluid on my body that really needs to come off so let’s hope I can get it off over this week.
Day 2. So far so good lost 1.8 pounds yesterday. Hoping I’ve lost another 1 today. The fluid is still pretty thick, but it’s okay it’s coming off so that makes me happy.
Day 4. Lost another 2 pounds of fluid. My hands are starting to look and feel normal again and my edema isn’t looking as bad as before so far everything is looking good.
Starting out day five. I’m feeling pretty good got two days left. I plan to join in on the March challenge. Though I’m hoping to reach 135 sometime before then. I don’t see that happening.
Day Six went well I’m back to 148. I cannot complain. Each day I’m eating as much as I’d want in a healthy Manor of course and continue to lose weight. I’ve been drinking a gallon of water each day and I’m quite happy with the amount of fluid coming off of me.
Day 7. About to do a final weigh in for the week. I’ll update with that tomorrow. I can definitely tell I’ve lost fluid. And a lot of it. My calves have shrank tremendously. However I don’t think I’ve lost all I gained during the wedding week. But I’ve got a month of healthy eating and omad or adf to correct that and possibly reach my goal. Not going in discouraged.
