Inna's 2nd round of an extended water fast, July 7 - July 31, 2020

Day 20, round 2 - feel good
76 kg or 167 lbs
Day 1: 87kg or 191 lbs
Lost in 19 days: 11kg or 24 lbs

Darn good day!
Lots of energy - lots of plans.
Heat warning won’t stop me. You gonna do what you gonna do.

Slept kind of good. My dog was constantly asking to climb on my bed, then was jumping down, cooling herself, then tapping on my bed to take her back, and so on the whole night…

Got dizzy - got up out of bed too fast…
No headaches, rush on my forearm is going away.
Didn’t have a WBM. Normal farts.
Sore inside my mouth is gone.

Oh… before yesterday, while cooking, cut my index finger. Today, it healed completely! The wound is closed. Amazing.

AFTERNOON.

Nauseous. Hate water. Taste of water, just simple water makes me almost puke every time I drink.
WBM already twice.
Irritability. Angry.
Heartburn.
Energy is fine.

What else is awaiting for me in the evening?

EVENING.

WBM again.
Taste of water is awful. Tried sparkling without any additives - same story. Ended up sucking ice cubes. Went through…
Jesus Christ… never could think that would even happen.
Nausea is not going away. Barely took the supplements.
Cleaned the house, walked the dog - nothing else I am capable of doing now.

I planned to go for 25. God help me. If I will continue feeling shitty like this, I will break the fast after tomorrow.

Day 21, round 2 - back to feeling good.

MORNING.

Back to feeling good. Crazy roller coaster, eh?
No heartburn, water taste is absolutely fine, no issues.
No headaches, no WBM.
Stomach is calm.
Water consumption reduced through. Just listen to my body and drink if I want. Before, I was pouring down my throat too much.
Feel light, full of energy, very good stamina.
Overall, because of all that, will go on with planned 25 days. Hopefully…because sometimes, the “wind changes and I feel under the weather”.

AFTERNOON.

Nausea is back. Nauseous from any kind of water: sparkling, ice cubes, regular, tap, bottled spring.
Very fatigued. Barely dragging myself.
Mood is up and down.

EVENING.

Done. Don’t want to force myself anymore. If the water makes me puke - cannot go on.
Tomorrow is my refeed. Decided.

Still good, completed 21 days.

I am on day 16, and I am so sick of water plus my mouth is dry. I was going to go until 28 days, but nope, I do not want to have that last week trashing all my good memories of fasting. I will re-feed as of Sunday evening, with broth. Then I will do a 7 day refeed, and onto the last 21 day water fast. Thank you for posting your weight. I am not doing that, as it could sabotage me, big time.
