    I’m 311lbs now was 330llbs and I would like to weight between 150-165lbs (I’m 5’9.5’’)
  • What plan are you on now?
    Water fasting, and maybe keto, i’m not sure yet I was just vegan for 3 months of summer so it will be quite a jump…Maybe just IF

  3. Complete at least 3 days right now. 21 days within a year. Reach 140 lbs as soon as possible (with healthy methods).

  4. Currently fasting, but typically it was IF or OMAD with way too much alcohol and junk food. After my fast I will be doing Keto + OMAD w/ at least one 3 day fast per month.

    -I live in Valatie, NY USA but, I was born in Casper, WY USA
  2. How did you find our group?
    -Started fasting after reading the obesety code; then I started searching others due to the taboo nature of my decision and lack of support, aside from my boyfriend.
  3. What are your goals?
    -I have stages. So first goal is 170, then 150 and ultimately I’d love to focus on measurement goals as well as building muscle. I will be a personal trainer in the next 5 years.
  4. What plan are you on now?
    -I do 18/6 or extended. I don’t have a “plan” per say. I eat what I want. Typically fruits, veggies and fish. I occasionally indulge but, due to practice, things just taste different. Thus I have been able to naturally deter from more processed or poor nutritional value.

What are your goals?
My ultimate goal is to Lose 30 lbs.
I plan on doing 14 days WF right now and I’m sure I won’t lose 30 lbs in 14 days but I’ll do OMAD after that. And maybe do another fast before Christmas.

What plan are you on now?
I’m water fasting.
I’m in the October 27 challenge group.

I came across and watched Yasemin’s Youtube video whilst searching for water fasting clips
My goal is to lose the 35 kgs I have gained over the past 2years,lead a healthier lifestyle
I am water fasting for 30 days. Am on day 3🤗

    Currently water fasting weekdays, refeed weekends, but in general I’ll probably do keto OMAD with longer fasts now and then.

  1. I was born and raised in the USA, currently in VA.

  2. I found Yasemin through a mention on the Obesity Code FB group page.

  3. I’d like to return to an earlier weight and attitude which didn’t involve hating how I looked in the mirror. Although I’ve had some success with HCG or keto or, most recently, carnivore, the emotional eating has sabotaged me. Due to my small frame, this means I need to ditch at least 20 lbs. I like feeling powerful and in control when I fast (after I get past the initial hurdles, that is).

  4. My most recent successful efforts were carnivore and ADF. I did complete 7 days not long ago here. Once my weight goal has been reached, I want to establish a habit of at least 1-2 days of fasting per week. I need to keep my eyes on Jan 1, 2020 and a Happy New Year with new goals instead of the same ol’ lose weight ones. :grinning:
