Yasemin has given me a pep talk so a ate and am still in ketosis, going to jump back on and reach my goal. I am on my period but because of the fasting my symptoms have diminished immensely. I’m headed out of town April 1st and would like to be at my goal and since the first days are the worst days and they are so recent I know what to expect and how to alleviate issues. I felt bad for refeeding for a minute but then her words encouraged me. So that’s awesome.

169 this morning. Back on fasting, I think I got out what I needed for my period. I fucked up and had a piece of gum but went to a trampoline world for my friends birthday and was talking to someone and she asked if I wanted gum and I was so out of breath and totally took a piece of cinnamon gum. Read this morning that gum can do a few things, spike insulin and make you hungry and break a fast so this morning I still lost not as much as expected but a loss is a win. So I haven’t had gum fasting before but this dry mouth is a bitch… no sugar free syrups since the 1st day one. I think I mentioned that I now think coffee is gross. Period is full on and I am hangry. Good thing I’m at work to not think about food.
