Oh my God. I did it. My refeed was glorious. I broke my fast at 8 PM with a cup of broth, kimchee, steamed veggies, a handful of almonds, 1/3 avocado and 2 tbsp of peanut butter. basically what Yasemin had on her refeed plan. I was extremely energized that I walked 12,000 steps soon after. So far so good, although I was so tempted to binge on cakes but I did not. No tummy ache, no diarrhea. It was a smooth sail.
I have decided to do a keto OMAD this week as I returned to my fitness regiment and a few blood tests for medical check up. I also found that 7 days is probably the best water fast duration for me… I kinda lost focus after that. I would either do an ADF of start another week of water fast next week
