Great work! Have you decided on your re feed meals?

I would do an OMAD or TMAD for the refeed and focus on proteins and fats first to help with satiation. Carbs (especially refined carbs) are a huge trigger for me and unleash the feeding floodgates. I don’t know that everyone has that issue… but I do.

Day 1: 175 lb
Day 2 : 171 lb
Day 3: 168 lb
Day 4: 167 lb
Day 5: 165 lb
Day 6: 163 lb
Day 7: 161 lb
Day 8: 160 lb
Day 9: 160 lb
Day 10: 159 lb
Day 11: 159 lb (this morning)

Oh my God. I did it. My refeed was glorious. I broke my fast at 8 PM with a cup of broth, kimchee, steamed veggies, a handful of almonds, 1/3 avocado and 2 tbsp of peanut butter. basically what Yasemin had on her refeed plan. I was extremely energized that I walked 12,000 steps soon after. So far so good, although I was so tempted to binge on cakes but I did not. No tummy ache, no diarrhea. It was a smooth sail.

I have decided to do a keto OMAD this week as I returned to my fitness regiment and a few blood tests for medical check up. I also found that 7 days is probably the best water fast duration for me… I kinda lost focus after that. I would either do an ADF of start another week of water fast next week :slight_smile: I will update this post then!

So glad you stayed away from the cakes!

You likely would have felt bad doing those so quickly after an extended fast.

Give yourself 4-5 days is my suggestion before doing something naughty.

Focus on a healthy refeed.
