Almost through day 4! Feeling surprisingly good, although I haven’t yet been able to quit my coffee habit. Perhaps after week 1??
Just finished up a very busy week of work, and have one more push this weekend to help some family members prepping to sell their home. I do miss food (would love to celebrate ending the work week with a giant salad! ), but I’m super grateful that my energy is pretty steady after a difficult day 1.
This is the first time I’ve been able to push past 72 hours in about a year, so I’m definitely celebrating and thanking my accountability buds for keeping me on track.
